When will I get my order?
We usually deliver all orders within 4 working days (maximum 7 days) from the date of order confirmation.
You’ll receive an automated WhatsApp message confirming your order, and a tracking link will be sent after dispatch.
If you need any assistance, please reply to that WhatsApp message, and our support team will help you promptly.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders.
This means you’ll pay a small advance amount online at checkout, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery.
We’ve implemented partial COD because we occasionally receive fake or unconfirmed orders, and this helps us ensure genuine deliveries.
We still recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and priority shipping.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We accept custom designs you can send us your own artwork or design, and we’ll print it on any product you like.
If you want one of our existing SkyHy designs printed on a different apparel type (like a hoodie, oversized tee, or sweatshirt), we can do that too.
Please email us at support@skyhy.online with your design details or request, and our team will guide you through the process.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently don’t accept returns or size exchanges, as all size details are clearly mentioned in each product description. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We offer replacements or refunds only if the product is damaged, has a printing error, or if your order is not delivered due to our mistake.
