Return and Refund Policy for SkyHy

At SkyHy, we strive to deliver only the best quality. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Refunds

  • No size exchanges are allowed at the moment, as detailed size information is clearly mentioned in every product description. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • Returns are not applicable unless the product is damaged or has a printing error.

  • We are currently working on introducing size-based returns in the future to make your shopping experience even better.


Replacement / Refund Policy

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • The garment is damaged.

  • There is a printing mistake.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the courier package in its sealed condition.

  2. The video must show the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.

  • Replacements or exchanges will be processed and re-delivered within 5–7 working days after inspection.

⚠️ No replacement or refund will be processed if the package is opened without recording the unboxing video.


Important Notes

  • Always refer to the size chart in the product description before purchasing. SkyHy is not responsible for incorrect size selection.
