At SkyHy, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Delivery Timeline

We usually deliver all products within 5 working days (7 days maximum) from the date of order confirmation.

For all-over print products (full print designs), delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once you place an order, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message confirming your order.

After dispatch, you will receive another automated WhatsApp message with a tracking link, so you can monitor your shipment.

The estimated delivery date shown in the tracking link is only an estimate. Your order may arrive before or slightly after the estimated date.

Please track your shipment frequently and ensure you are available to receive it.

Always answer calls or messages from the delivery partner to avoid failed delivery attempts.
Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

We will attempt three deliveries for your order. Please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery.

Make sure you provide the correct address and contact details when placing the order.

If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.
