Shipping Policy for SkyHy

At SkyHy, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:


Delivery Timeline

  • We usually deliver all products within 5 working days (7 days maximum) from the date of order confirmation.

  • For all-over print products (full print designs), delivery may take up to 10 working days.

  • Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message confirming your order.

  • After dispatch, you will receive another automated WhatsApp message with a tracking link, so you can monitor your shipment.

  • The estimated delivery date shown in the tracking link is only an estimate. Your order may arrive before or slightly after the estimated date.

  • Please track your shipment frequently and ensure you are available to receive it.

  • Always answer calls or messages from the delivery partner to avoid failed delivery attempts.


Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

  • We will attempt three deliveries for your order. Please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery.

  • Make sure you provide the correct address and contact details when placing the order.

  • If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all orders within India.

  • We also ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us via email at support@skyhy.online for shipping rates and details.
